ANZAC Youth Vigil

51³Ô¹ÏÍø was proud to be part of the 2026 RSL ANZAC Youth Vigil in the South on Friday 24 April.

School Captain Braiden Treloar attended the event alongside Principal Warren Symonds at the Eternal Flame Memorial Gardens in Morphett Vale.

The ANZAC Youth Vigil is held each year to honour current and former servicemen and women. The event is organised by young people for young people and brings together schools, community groups and local families to reflect on the ANZAC spirit.

During the Ceremony of Remembrance, participating schools were invited to lay a token of respect on behalf of their school community. The vigil gave students an opportunity to reflect, show respect and take part in an important community tradition ahead of ANZAC Day.

51³Ô¹ÏÍø thanks the organisers and volunteers for their work in hosting this meaningful event and helping young people continue the tradition of remembrance.
